I had a great evening the other night taking senior photos at Twin Oaks Park. Maddie is super outgoing and sweet. Even though she was a little nervous during her shoot, it did not show one bit in the photos… she did amazing!
Take a look!
So I think single person portraits are my new favorite thing to photograph. Don’t get me wrong, I love capturing families and couples interacting, but there is just something about working with just one other person… You can have good conversations with them, interact, and then they let their guard down and just start exuding confidence and personality, and I get to be there to document it. Gah, I just love it!
Anyway, I have known this girl since she was just a couple years old and have loved getting to watch her grow up into this beautiful, young lady. She is now graduating high school, which blows my mind… and I’m so glad I got to help document this special time in her life.
Meet Christine. She’s beautiful, fun and spunky, with just the right amount of attitude.
And I had to throw the black&white in here too…
Even though Deborah is graduating from college, not high school, as is typically depicted by senior sessions, it’s still a great opportunity to get some photos taken to remember this exciting time in your life.
Deborah is also one of my closest friends and I am so glad I was able to help document this time for her.
You may remember seeing some photos of her from this past winter. Here’s the link if you want to check those out: “A Snowy, Winter Portrait Session”
She’s beautiful, fun, and totally rocked this session. Oh, and I am so glad I am not her parents because I would have to buy every single photo and hang them all over my walls! This is seriously just a small peek at the entire collection. (I may or may not have ended up with over 125 final photos…whoops.) 🙂
We had so much fun during her session and I think it shows! Hope you love the photos as much as I do!
